Important access notice

Casino-floor entry is strictly limited to people aged 21 and over. Kitchen Gippsland may request identification where age or eligibility needs to be checked. Any age confirmation made elsewhere does not replace identification checks at the venue. Read the responsible-play terms below and our House Rules & Responsible Play page before visiting a restricted area.

1. Acceptance and venue scope

By entering, remaining at, or using relevant services or facilities at Kitchen Gippsland, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, displayed venue notices and reasonable directions from venue staff. If you cannot comply with those requirements, please do not enter or remain in the relevant area. These terms concern physical attendance at the venue and do not create online account, membership or payment-platform obligations.

Kitchen Gippsland is a physical venue at 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank, Melbourne, VIC 3006, Australia. Its restaurant, craft bar and casino-floor services operate with different practical requirements. 2. Entry, identification and conduct

Age and identification

21+ Casino-floor entry is strictly limited to people aged 21 and over. The venue may request valid identification where age or eligibility needs to be verified. A refusal or inability to provide requested identification may affect access to a restricted area. Lawful directions and venue discretion

Guests must follow reasonable directions from venue staff relating to safety, access, identification, service and conduct. Kitchen Gippsland may refuse entry, service or continued access where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance or orderly operation.
